How am I charged?
In a per-minute chat, each minute is charged as it starts. Your balance and minutes are on screen, and you can end the chat at any time.
What if the astrologer does not reply?
If there is no first reply within 2 minutes of accepting, you are refunded in full automatically. A written question not answered in time is also fully refunded.
Will the astrologer see my number?
No. Phone numbers, e-mails and links are hidden in chat automatically, so the conversation stays safe on AstroMool.
Is the first chat free?
A new user's first per-minute chat has 3 free minutes (once per device).
Who makes the chart?
The AstroMool engine (Swiss Ephemeris, Lahiri ayanamsa). Astrologers cannot change its values — the proof shown in answers comes straight from the engine.
Is astrology a guarantee?
No. It is guidance — not medical, legal or financial advice. Fear-selling pujas or gems is not allowed under our rules.
