Varshphal - the Tajika annual chart - is not a yearly summary of your birth chart. It is a separate chart, cast for the exact moment the Sun returns to the longitude it held when you were born. That moment is not your birthday: it drifts by roughly six hours each year, so your solar return can fall a day either side of the date on your certificate. This page computes it to the minute.
From that chart, Tajika does four things that Parashari astrology does not. It places the Muntha - your ascendant advanced one sign for each year of life - and reads the house it lands in as the area the year is centred on. It elects a Varsheshwar, a year lord, by taking five candidates (the Muntha lord, the annual lagna lord, the birth lagna lord, the Trirashi lord and the day-or-night lord) and scoring each on Panchavargiya bala, a five-part strength. It measures aspects by planetary speed, so a faster planet approaching a slower one (Ithasala) means something completes, while one that has already passed it (Ishrafa) means the matter came close and moved on. And it computes Sahams - sensitive points derived from two planets and the ascendant, unique to this system.
Then it divides the year. Mudda dasha takes the same nine planets in the same Vimshottari order and compresses them into 365 days, which turns a Varshphal from a paragraph into a calendar with dates.
Most sites will give you a Muntha house and a year lord. Almost none will show you the five candidates and their scores, the aspect degrees, or the Mudda dates - which is exactly what this page prints, free, before you pay for anything.
