One planet chosen by eight sources with every vote printed, the gem verdict, a 12-month plan, a one-page playbook — what a sitting with a good astrologer costs ten times more for. 93 EN / 90 HI pages, English or Hindi, in your inbox within minutes — ₹99.
The ascendant, its lord and the Moon — the planet the chart votes strong and friendly, with the vote printed.
The chart’s planet gives one number and colour, the moolank another — printed side by side, with the rule for when they disagree.
The weekday to start on, and the hora — the hour of that day — when a start can be placed to the hour.
Your planet, number, colour and day — free, above.
Most lucky-number pages give you a table: born on the 3rd, your number is 3, your colour is yellow. That is one source out of eight, and on its own it is often wrong for the person in front of it. This calculator computes your full horoscope from your birth details - Lahiri ayanamsha, Swiss Ephemeris, the same figures any astrologer would arrive at - and then asks eight separate questions: who rules your ascendant, who rules your Moon sign, who rules your birth-star, which benefic is strongest in your chart, which planet is running your current dasha, and which planets your Mulank, Bhagyank and name number belong to.
Each answer is a planet. Each planet gets a weight, the weights are printed, and the planet with the highest total is your lucky planet. Classical Jyotish then supplies the rest: every planet has a colour, a gemstone, a metal, a weekday, a direction, a deity and a mantra, and those have been fixed in the tradition for centuries. What is ours is the weighting - and the page says so.
Two things most lucky calculators never do, this one does. It names the weakest planet in your chart and tells you not to wear its gem or lean on its colours. And it checks whether your current dasha lord is that same weak planet - which is common, and which changes the advice completely.
What it cannot do: make anything happen. A lucky colour lowers resistance; it does not replace effort. A gemstone is a remedy with real effects and real risks, and the report tells you whether your chart supports wearing one at all before it tells you which.
Lucky number by date of birth on most sites is the moolank: the birth day reduced to one digit, 1 to 9, each with a planet. That is a real layer and this lucky number by date of birth prints it. But a birth chart has an ascendant, its lord, and a Moon in a sign and a nakshatra, and the planet that is actually strong and friendly in your chart is often not the moolank’s planet at all. A lucky number by date of birth here is therefore two numbers — the moolank and the chart’s number — with the rule for when they disagree.
Lucky colour by date of birth is where two calculators give two answers: one reads the moolank’s planet (Sun → orange, Moon → white, Mars → red…), the other — the lucky number by date of birth read from the chart — takes the ascendant lord or the strongest benefic. Both are traditions; the chart-based one is the older. Lucky colour by date of birth on this page prints both and marks which to wear when: the chart’s colour for anything about you, the day’s colour for anything about the day.
Lucky day of the week by date of birth follows from the planet: Sunday for the Sun, Monday for the Moon, Tuesday Mars, Wednesday Mercury, Thursday Jupiter, Friday Venus, Saturday Saturn, and for Rahu and Ketu the day of their sign lord. Lucky day of the week by date of birth is for starting things; the lucky number by date of birth report adds the hora — the planet ruling each hour — so a start can be placed to the hour on that day.
Lucky mobile number by date of birth is read by adding all ten digits and reducing to one: a total that is a friend of your number is kept, an enemy total is not changed in a panic but corrected at the next SIM. The last four digits are read second, as the working number. Lucky mobile number by date of birth follows the same friend–enemy table as the lucky number by date of birth itself — and the table is printed, so any number you own can be checked in a minute.
Lucky colour for interview astrology has a simple rule most pages complicate: your own planet’s colour in one item, the day’s colour in the rest, and the interview placed in a friendly hora if the time is yours to choose. Lucky colour for interview astrology cannot get you the job; it can keep you from wearing your enemy planet’s colour on that planet’s own day, which is the one real mistake the tradition names.
Moolank and bhagyank are the two numerology numbers people confuse: the moolank is the birth day alone (21 → 3), the bhagyank is the whole date (21-07-1990 → 2+1+0+7+1+9+9+0 = 29 → 11 → 2). The moolank is read as nature, the bhagyank as direction, and the lucky number by date of birth is the moolank unless the bhagyank’s planet is far stronger in the chart. Moolank and bhagyank are both printed here with the working shown, and the chart decides between them.
Lucky number for vehicle reads the digits of the registration, not the letters: a friend total is preferred, 9 and 1 are read as safe for speed, 6 for comfort, 8 for a working vehicle meant to last. An enemy total is softened by a chosen plate number or a small sticker digit that moves the total — not by re-registration. Lucky number for vehicle uses the same table as the mobile number; the lucky number by date of birth report prints both checks side by side.
Lucky number by rashi is the table every rashifal page gives: Aries 9, Taurus 6, Gemini 5, Cancer 2, Leo 1, Virgo 5, Libra 6, Scorpio 9, Sagittarius 3, Capricorn 8, Aquarius 8, Pisces 3 — the sign lord’s number. It is right for a twelfth of the country at once and wrong for the individual whose lagna lord is that planet’s enemy. Lucky number by rashi is printed on this page for anyone whose birth time is unknown; with the time, the chart’s lucky number by date of birth replaces it.
Before anything is read, the report tests the ground it stands on. Your birth details are printed, then both charts are rebuilt five minutes early and five minutes late to see whether the ascendant moves - if it does, the heaviest vote is marked provisional rather than quietly trusted. Your D1 chart is drawn in the North-Indian diamond format, every planet is tabled with longitude, sign, house, star, dignity and a declared strength score, and the house lords are listed. Your birth-star gets its own page with the planetary-hour table, and a 27-nakshatra reference marks yours.
Eight sources each name a planet: ascendant lord (3), Moon-sign lord (2), nakshatra lord (2), strongest benefic (2), current dasha lord (2), and the planets behind your Mulank (2), Bhagyank (1) and name number (1). Each source gets its own chapter with a six-step proof card. All nine planets are then ranked by strength, the full vote is printed, and if the winner is also your weakest planet it is demoted - with the reason on the page. Then each of the nine planets gets a chapter of its own: placement, lordships, gem safety, when its dasha comes.
Colour with exact shades and hex codes, where each shade belongs (clothes, desk, home, phone, car, sleep), and a colour-by-area table computed from your house lords. Your number and the dates of the month that carry it. A weekly plan built from which planet rules each day and how strong it is for you. Direction - face it, sit with it behind you, turn the chair not the room. Deity and mantra with the practice spelled out. Your metal.
Does your chart support wearing a gem at all? A plain YES, NOT YET or NO, with the rule that produced it printed (functional benefic by house lordship, mooltrikona deciding, strength thresholds stated as ours). If yes: finger, metal, weight, first day, energising mantra, the safer substitute, and a three-day trial before setting it. Then all nine gems graded for your chart - safe, caution, never - which is the one table anyone about to buy a stone should read.
Your weakest planet with its proof card: what its gem, colours and day would do to you. The functional malefics for your ascendant. A single consolidated avoid list - stones never, colours as accents only, days not for beginnings, directions not for launches - followed by the honest note that avoiding is one-tenth of the report and nine-tenths is what to do.
Your full Vimshottari sequence with real dates and a 120-year timeline. Your current main period read for luck - and when its lord is weak, the plan changes from gem to mantra and charity. Jupiter and Saturn as they stand today, counted from your Moon, with a Sade Sati alert if you are in it. The next twelve months as one card each: the sub-period, what it touches, your days in that month, do and avoid. A five-year outlook.
Mulank and Bhagyank each read in full and checked against the chart - the most useful line being where the chart disagrees with the number. Your name letter by letter through the Chaldean table, its fit with your birth numbers, and spellings that keep the sound while changing the number. Usable numbers for phone, house, vehicle and dates, every variant answered, and a plain list of where the system does not apply.
The daily and weekly plan - four lines a day. Charity by planet, ordered weakest first. Ten occasions (interview, exam, wedding, travel, launch, property, treatment, court, loan, family) with the colour, day and direction each one wants, computed from the house that rules it. The first forty days and a monthly check. Number-conflict rules, the number-plus-colour combination matrix, business and username numbers, shade and quantity rules, what to do when the house or car is already the wrong one, nine conflict questions, and the one-page playbook.
Thirty questions people actually ask, each answered from your chart. A technical appendix an astrologer can check against their own software. What no chart can promise, said plainly. One page that separates what is classical from what is AstroMool's own framework. A glossary.
Swiss Ephemeris + Lahiri ayanamsa. Five of the eight sources come from your horoscope, not from a birth-date lookup - the same figures any astrologer would arrive at.
Eight sources, eight weights, one table. If the winner is also your weakest planet it is demoted on the page - nothing is adjusted quietly.
A gemstone is the strongest remedy and the most misused. The report says whether your chart supports one at all before it says which - and grades all nine gems for you.
The Hindi report is native, with the same 93 EN / 90 HI page depth chapter for chapter, a clickable contents and twenty-two computed graphics.
Date, time and place. The time fixes your ascendant and the birth-time test in Part I tells you whether it can be trusted.
Ascendant lord, Moon-sign lord, nakshatra lord, strongest benefic, current dasha lord, Mulank, Bhagyank and name number each name a planet. The weights are printed. One planet wins.

The easy case. One colour, one number, one day — wear the colour daily, start on the day, keep the number where you choose numbers. Nothing else is needed.
The chart wins for anything about you; the moolank keeps its number for what you carry (mobile, vehicle). Never wear the moolank planet’s colour if it is the chart planet’s enemy — that is the one real clash.
Without the time the lagna is unknown, so use the moolank and the rashi table above — honestly coarse. Find the time and re-run; the chart’s planet is the reading worth keeping.
The nine-planet vote, the colour calendar, mobile and vehicle checks, lucky letters and the 30-day sheet fill Parts II–VIII of the report.
